Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming using agency-provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document client health observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers using specialized equipment (hoists, lifts)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain safe client environments
- Transport clients to appointments using agency-provided vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid Florida HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to operate medical equipment (hoists, lifts, monitors)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Reliable transportation with valid Florida driver's license
- Passionate about patient-centered care
- Background clearance and health screening required
