Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations
- Assist with prescribed exercises and mobility devices
- Prepare nutritious meals and special diets
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Transport clients to appointments (company vehicle provided)
- Maintain clean and safe home environment
- Communicate care plans with healthcare team
Qualifications
- Current California HHA certification
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Valid CA driver's license + clean driving record
- Pass background check and TB screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
