Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to appointments
- Administer prescribed medications (trained)
- Comply with all HIPAA and care plan protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months home health aide experience preferred
- Current NC HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds

- Clear background check and TB test
