Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate dietary needs
- Comprehensive documentation of care activities
- Emotional support and companionship for clients
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant
- Minimum 1 year home care experience preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background check and TB test clearance
