Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and changing linens.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Administer medication reminders and document care services accurately.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Experience as a CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide is a plus but not required.
