Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain accurate care records and progress notes
Qualifications
- Current Oregon HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home health experience preferred
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach with elderly and disabled clients
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
