Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as weight, temperature, and blood pressure.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and changing bed linens, to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Accurately document patient care activities and changes in condition in accordance with company policies.
- Transport patients to and from medical appointments or recreational activities when required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
