Comfort Home Health Services is currently seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our compassionate team in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve meals according to prescribed dietary restrictions.
- Monitor and remind clients to take medications on time.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Document daily care activities and report any changes in client health to the supervising nurse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current Texas Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
