Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to RN supervisor
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow personalized care plans accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Clean background check and drug test required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Proof of negative TB test
