Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Administer medications per care plan instructions
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
- TN HHA certification or CNA license required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Ability to pass background/drug screen
- Compassionate and patient-oriented demeanor
- Reliable transportation for client visits
