Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report changes in client physical or emotional condition to the nursing supervisor.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social activities as needed.
- Ensure a safe and accessible environment for all clients.
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
