Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming to clients.
- Assist with mobility, transferring, and walking to ensure client safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor and report changes in patient behavior, health, or condition to the supervising nurse.
- Administer medications and document care logs accurately.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
