We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to our clients, ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Administer medication reminders as directed by the RN or LPN.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce isolation.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties related to client care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Current New Mexico CNA or HHA certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
- Valid New Mexico Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
