Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and light exercise routines as prescribed by a therapist.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe living environment.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and essential errands.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred but not required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented attitude.
