Overview
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care and companionship to patients in their homes. We value trust, compassion, and integrity above all else.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the RN supervisor.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and run errands as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation.
Qualifications
- Current California Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently.
