What You'll Do:
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition to the nursing team immediately.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean living environment.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments and errands.
Who We're Looking For:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, toileting, and grooming to ensure patient dignity.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Current State Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
- Valid CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong empathy and patience when working with elderly or disabled populations.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen.
