Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping tasks.Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor immediately.Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.Offer companionship and emotional support to improve the client's quality of life.Administer medication as directed by the physician or registered nurse.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Valid Oklahoma Driver's License and clean driving record required.CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.Previous experience in home care or caregiving is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.Physical ability to lift and assist patients of varying sizes.
