Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client health to RN supervisor
- Light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe and clean living environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Administer prescribed medications under RN guidance
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
Qualifications
- Florida HHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Fluent English with clear communication skills
- Passionate about serving elderly and disabled populations
- Reliable transportation to Miami client locations
