CareBridge Home Health is currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides in New Orleans, Louisiana. We are looking for dedicated candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the healthcare field, as no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the patient's condition to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning the patient's living space.
- Transport patients to medical appointments or community outings.
- Administer medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
