Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor clients' health conditions by observing physical signs and symptoms.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding clients based on dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and changing bed linens.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation.
- Administer medication reminders and document daily logs accurately.
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and follow established protocols.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide on-the-job training.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
