Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff immediately.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve quality of life.
- Administer medications as directed by a licensed nurse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required for immediate start.
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented.
