Your Role
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care and emotional support to clients recovering from illness or managing chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Monitor client health and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Transport clients to medical appointments using personal vehicle.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
