About the Role:
As a Home Health Aide, you will deliver high-quality personal care and companionship services to clients in their homes. We are looking for candidates who are patient, reliable, and genuinely passionate about improving the quality of life for others.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, reducing feelings of isolation.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
- Transport clients to medical appointments or social activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the client.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or PCA preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
