Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Assist with prescribed exercise routines and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Communicate effectively with families and care coordination teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or state HHA certification
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening required
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for vulnerable populations
- Proficient in care documentation and basic medical terminology
