Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
- Support clients with mobility assistance and light housekeeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor with patience and empathy
- Completion of paid training program (provided)
- CPR/First Aid certification (will be provided)
