Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for AI development aimed at the 2026 timeframe, focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing solutions into legacy systems.
- Identify emerging technologies (AR/VR, Bio-tech) and assess their potential impact on our product roadmap.
- Define ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous systems.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Oversee the R&D budget and mentor junior architects and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Research, or Strategic Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Neural Networks, and Quantum Mechanics basics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience in a fast-paced, innovative startup or high-tech environment.
