Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to elderly residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Assist with mobility transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders under supervision
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, families, and healthcare providers

Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent long-term care or hospital experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly residents
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
