Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with mobility transfers and maintain patient safety protocols
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient experience
- Support emotional well-being of patients and their families
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year hospital or long-term care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
