Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care plans
- Document patient records with precision and timeliness
- Maintain strict HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Mentor new nursing staff and students
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active NC RN license (or compact license)
- BSN or Associate degree with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Experience with electronic health records
