Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual patient assessments and care coordination via telehealth platform
- Provide clinical support and education to patients with chronic conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and triage critical situations remotely
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact license)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience with telehealth platforms or electronic health records
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
