Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in designated specialty units (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Adhere to Joint Commission and facility-specific standards
- Participate in shift handovers and care coordination
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in specialty area
- Current BLS/ACLS certifications (PALS required for peds)
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
