Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity levels
- Utilize EHR systems to document clinical findings and patient histories
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for seamless care transitions
- Provide clear communication to patients and families regarding treatment plans
- Implement triage protocols for emergency department and urgent care settings

Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (CA RN)
- Minimum 2 years emergency department or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficient in Epic EHR or similar systems
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and de-escalation abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- BSN preferred or equivalent experience
