Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using triage protocols to determine acuity levels
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to prioritize patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients and families
- Monitor patient vitals and initiate emergency interventions when needed

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact license)
- Minimum 2 years emergency room or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
