Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce scenario-based strategic models for market evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members
- Curate an innovation ecosystem of startups and academic partners
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision projects implemented
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI-driven trend prediction tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals (required)
