Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, bio-tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D budget through compelling executive presentations
- Mentor a diverse team of 15+ innovators and researchers
- Monitor emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes quarterly
- Drive patent development for proprietary innovations
- Present breakthrough progress to board of directors and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite/VP roles
- Proven track record of launching products that generated $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent from top-tier institution preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic a significant advantage
