Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists in prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and stakeholder education
- Monitor ethical implications of disruptive technologies and develop responsible implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Certified in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
