- Mentor a team of 8 innovation specialists and junior researchers
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for 2026 technology horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting and emerging technology adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
