Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, biotech, and space exploration
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and venture partnerships
- Translate theoretical research into scalable MVPs with 6-month deployment cycles
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Build patent portfolios with ≥10 filings annually
- Mentor PhD researchers and startup incubation teams
- Present at Davos, CES, and IEEE global summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (≥2 exits >$100M)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or synthetic biology
- Federal grant-writing experience (DARPA, NSF)
- Patent portfolio with ≥15 granted IP assets
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Published in Nature/Science with ≥50 citations
