- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Champion agile methodologies in prototyping and testing new concepts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation/strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate development
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CII) preferred
