- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists through product lifecycle

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
