- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Secure strategic partnerships and investments for future-focused initiatives
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge sharing
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Measure and optimize innovation ROI using data-driven frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Fluency in English with exceptional presentation skills
