Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market validation for 2026-era solutions

- Facilitate design thinking workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with venture capitalists, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and external investors
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
