Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation pipelines and prioritize projects based on market potential and technical feasibility
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay at the innovation forefront
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of creative problem-solving
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field
- Certification in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
