- Lead strategic planning for 2026 product roadmap, aligning with market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Architect scalable AI/ML solutions for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio across quantum computing and biotech verticals
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Develop patent portfolios for next-gen technologies in renewable energy and space exploration
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks
- Strong background in regulatory compliance for global tech deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management across 15+ countries
- Published thought leader in IEEE or Nature with 50+ citations
- Certified in Innovation Management from Stanford or MIT
