Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate sustainability goals and market disruption targets
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, governments, and emerging tech startups
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and board members
- Anticipate global megatrends and geopolitical shifts to identify innovation opportunities
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation protocols
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and innovation specialists across 3 global hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ commercialization
- Advanced degree in AI, Quantum Physics, Biotechnology, or Futurist Studies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
