Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends with commercialization potential
- Develop patentable innovation frameworks for sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on future-state product development
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum-enabled products
- Expertise in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with federal grant proposals for tech innovation
- Strong network with academic and industry research institutions
