Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision for the organization, aligning technology roadmaps with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to predict market shifts and opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate complex futuristic concepts into executable quarterly and annual strategies.
- Oversee the development of innovation labs and pilot programs designed to test and validate future-state solutions.
- Identify potential disruption vectors and develop mitigation strategies to ensure organizational resilience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data modeling and scenario planning tools.
