Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Infrastructure Roadmap: Architect and implement the strategic vision for our cloud-native ecosystem, ensuring scalability and resilience for future workloads.
- Lead Advanced Engineering Initiatives: Spearhead the integration of AI-driven resource allocation and serverless architectures to reduce latency by 40%.
- Security & Compliance: Establish zero-trust security frameworks and ensure compliance with evolving global data regulations.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers in best practices for microservices and container orchestration.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analyses on system bottlenecks and implement high-performance computing solutions.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select emerging technologies from top cloud providers to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and AWS (or Azure/GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience writing infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
- AI Integration: Experience designing systems that integrate seamlessly with Machine Learning and Big Data pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-availability environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
