Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with long-term business goals.Lead the evaluation and strategic integration of emerging technologies, including AGI and Quantum-ready infrastructures.Oversee cross-functional R&D initiatives and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.Identify potential risks, opportunities, and compliance challenges in the evolving tech landscape.Collaborate with C-Suite executives to drive digital transformation strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in.Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of technological initiatives.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, R&D management, or strategic planning roles.Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and their potential application in 2026 and beyond.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations in a high-growth environment.Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast future trends.
