Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Oversee system architecture, ensuring reliability, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Drive innovation in Edge AI and on-device machine learning solutions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
